The Brief:

Lead the development of EY’S EVP and manage the Employer Brand rollout, working with leadership, cross functional specialists and external vendors to attract and engage quality talent to the business across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Work:

  1. Develop EY’s EVP
  2. Employer Brand strategy and regional implementation guides to provide guidance to regional offices to rollout the EVP, helping them to create localised proof-points and flexible messaging to support talent attraction, employee engagement and retention across 22 countries in Asia-Pacific
  3. Marketing Toolkits for Graduate and Experienced recruiting
  4. Internal story-telling campaign to drive employee engagement and relaunch the Employee Referral Program
